It’s confession time. You’ll enjoy this even if you’re not a bootcamp coach or trainer. I was probably the most horrible marketing guru for bootcamps on the planet. I didn’t have any signage with the exception of an 8 X 11 piece of paper on the gym counter that showed upcoming bootcamps.
I never did any post card mailings or facebook ads or any of that.
My business was about 98% referrals. Fortunately, referrals are the cheapest method of marketing because, duh… it’s FREE.
So Mike, is it your haircut? Your haircut is what brings people back for more week after week?
Great call… but no. I do have a fantastic haircut, especially during the summer time, but that’s not it.

Do the following circuit as many times as possible in 5 minutes. Tell your campers to
simply rest when needed, but the clock will continue to tick:
1A) Burpee/X-Body Mountain Climber Combo (2)
1B) Bulgarian Split Squat (1-1/2 rep style) (2/side)
1C) Elevated Pushups (2/side)
1D) Jump Squats (2)
1E) Skater Hops (2/side)
Don’t worry, I know there are some whacky exercises here, but all the photos and descriptions are in the manual.
